Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering, accessing, or using the BDG Net platform, Android APK application, or website at bdgnetgame.com. By creating an account or accessing any part of our service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account, download the APK, deposit funds, or play any games on this platform. BDG Net reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, form the complete agreement between you and BDG Net.
1. User Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to BDG Net is strictly restricted based on the following requirements:

- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
- Geographic Restrictions: You are responsible for ensuring that participation in online real-money gaming is legally permitted in your state, region, or jurisdiction within India.
- One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to create and maintain only one account on BDG Net. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
2. Account Registration & Security
When you register on BDG Net, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
- All activities, transactions, and gameplay that occur under your account.
- Using a mobile number that belongs directly to you and is registered in your name.
- Notifying BDG Net immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet Rules
All financial transactions on BDG Net are governed by the following platform policies:
- Deposits: Funds deposited into your BDG Net wallet must come from a bank account, UPI ID, or payment channel legally registered in your name.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals can only be requested to bank accounts or UPI IDs verified under the account holder's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as stated on the platform.
- Processing Times: BDG Net processes withdrawals within the estimated timeframes shown in our App Guide. Actual processing time may vary depending on payment method, transaction volume, and any verification requirements that may apply to your account.
- Bonus Funds: Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Users must use BDG Net in good faith. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination and permanent bans:
- Using automated bots, hacks, prediction scripts, or unauthorized software.
- Colluding with other users or attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses or promotional offers.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or illegal financial activities.
